Our exclusive collections are envisioned and designed in Singapore and brought to life by skilled artisans in our dedicated workshop in Kerala, India. By owning our entire making process, we ensure every piece meets our standards for integrity and quality.

What is a "Neo-Indian" aesthetic?

It is our fresh, modern take on heritage. We blend traditional Indian textiles and hand-craft with clean, contemporary silhouettes for the joyful aesthetics of everyday life.

What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Order?

Ready-to-Wear: These are pieces currently in stock at our studio and typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Made-to-Order: To reduce waste, some designs are crafted specifically for you once an order is placed. These require 7-14 business days for production before shipping.

Can I speed up my order?

If you have an urgent occasion, please reach out to us immediately via email or WhatsApp . While handcrafted quality takes time, we will do our best to prioritize your piece if our production schedule allows.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond this window, our artisans may have already begun working on your piece, and the order cannot be reversed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local government. These are not included in our shipping rates.

What is your exchange and return policy?

To honor the labor of our artisans, we encourage mindful purchasing. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for fit or damage issues. We do not offer cash refunds, but we can provide store credit for your next purchase.

How do I find my perfect fit?

Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide. Our silhouettes are designed for ease; if you prefer a relaxed, breathable feel, we generally suggest sizing up. We also have AI sizing feature on our product page. You may try it by clicking on 'find your size' button below size options.

How do I care for my I AM BLVD pieces?

Hand-wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Air-dry in the shade. This preserves the natural fibers and the soul of the hand-craft for years to come.

Our garments are made to leave a lighter footprint. We focus on breathable, earth-born fibers that are biodegradable and gentler on the planet. By adhering to a slow, thoughtful production cycle, we actively avoid overproduction and minimize textile waste. Our goal is to create "second skins" that eventually return to the earth.

What ethical practices are used?

Our artisans are the heart of our brand. We ensure fair wages and a dignified working environment in our own dedicated studio. We believe in complete transparency; because we own our manufacturing process in Kerala, we can personally vouch for the ethical journey of every thread. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Google Pay, and UPI. For our community in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
